52 Overthorpe is a semi-detached and back-to-back house which had burnt to the ground.
We had to build from the ground up and repair damage to the house (51) backing on to it.
These are both timber framed properties and it was a complicated structural rebuild.
Both properties have been handed over on time and within budget.
