The property was badly damaged by fire and required a complete roof structure as well as total internal refurbishment including new wiring, heating, plumbing, ceilings, floors, plaster, bathroom, kitchen, doors and mouldings to list just a few items.
This project was completed during lockdown and finished only slightly behind schedule.
